Do you guarantee the bond back?+
Yes. If your agent lists anything from the standard vacate checklist as unclean, we return and re-clean it within 72 hours at no extra cost.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?+
Steam cleaning is a separate service from $99. Most lease agreements require professional carpet cleaning, so we usually bundle it on the same day.
What's charged as an extra?+
In line with the Melbourne market, the following are optional add-ons: oven, rangehood, inside fridge, inside dishwasher, interior windows, window tracks & sills, wet-wipe blinds, balcony/patio, full wall washing (beyond 3 scuff marks per wall), garage, and carpet steam cleaning. Prices are listed on the pricing section — we'll confirm anything needed before booking.
How far in advance should I book?+
For weekends we recommend 5–7 days. Weekdays we can often accommodate next day, especially for smaller properties.
Do I need to be there?+
No. Most clients leave a key with the agent or in a lockbox. We photograph the finished job and send it through.
